- 1 onion, diced
- 2 oz.(56g.) cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can (28 oz. or 800g.) crushed tomatoes
- 5 cloves garlic, minced

Boil salted water and cook pasta 8 to 10 minutes or until it becomes al dente. Drain the pasta.
