Baked Polenta Recipe

- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
How to make Baked Polenta directions
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Boil 4 cups of salted water in a large pot. Once the water begins to boil, reduce the heat to medium, and begin slowly adding the polenta. Whisk the mixture continuously for 3 minutes. Once the polenta becomes thick and smooth, pour it over a greased baking pan and make sure it is evenly spread.
Bake the polenta in the preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes. Once done, remove it from oven and mix in parmesan cheese. Let the polenta cool for five minutes before serving.
